On the evening of 14th June, London’s iconic Natural History Museum will play host to the prestigious Indie Summit Celebration Dinner and THE INDIE AWARDS.

You'll be able to avoid the normal crowds, as we have exclusive access to the most exciting parts of the Natural History Museum, after hours!

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception in the beautiful sunshine (believe it or not, in June, London averages 8 hours of sunshine a day!). You'll then have the opportunity to explore some incredible scientific discoveries, such as Darwin's original specimens which led him to the theory of evolution, and the Blue Whale Gallery.

Additionally, the museum is currently home to researchers working at the cutting edge of discovery. We will hear from a scientist who will share their exciting new research with our group, so you'll return from the Indie Summit with a true breadth of knowedge!

The evening will culminate in a Celebration Dinner in the North Hall. The stunning Victorian building is often referred to as the 'Cathedral of Nature', and the dramatic North Hall perfectly demonstrates why. During the meal, we'll crown the first ever winners of THE INDIE AWARDS. We'll present four prizes for the best work - Creative, Media and PR categories - and a grand prize for the best-in-show.

The evening will be an unforgettable experience for all delegates, and please feel free to invite partners, colleagues and clients.


Who can attend?

The Celebration Dinner and THE INDIE AWARDS are open to all Indie Summit delegates and all entrants of THE INDIE AWARDS. Partners, colleagues, clients and other guests are most welcome. They are subject to the general event terms and conditions.

Places are available individually and tables are available for groups of 10. If you'd like to book your own table(s), select 10 or 20 tickets at the checkout.

Sponsorship

If you'd like to sponosr THE INDIE AWARDS: Celebration Dinner and Presentation, we are now offering sponsorship packages.

For a sponsor fee of just GBP 600 +VAT, you can have the following sponsor benefits: recognition, awareness, visibility on the website, your logo in the program and on all the signage, acknowledgment from the stage, a leaflet in the conference goody bag or on the dinner table – plus a follow-up email sent afterwards, to everyone who has attended.

We are also offering a Sponsorship Package, which includes all the sponsor benefits plus two tickets, for you and a colleague or client, for just £965!

thenetworkone reserves the right to decline bookings if in our judgment the guest does not meet these criteria. If any booking is declined, the delegate will be informed individually, and payment refunded, within two weeks.

All Networking Events are advertised in good faith but may differ depending on circumstances out of our control.

Refunds for the Celebration Dinner are at the absolute discretion of thenetworkone and will normally only be offered in the event of the cancellation of the event, due to unavoidable reasons outside our control. In case of cancellation of the event for any reason, thenetworkone’s liability will be limited to the money received by thenetworkone from registered delegates, directly or via Eventbrite. However, a substitute delegate of similar seniority may attend the dinner in place of the booked delegate at no additional cost, subject to written confirmation.

In case of cancellation of any networking event for any reason, thenetworkone will inform all registered attendees by email, telephone or in person.

Tickets are electronic, so please bring your delegate badge or other ID, plus a copy of your ticket invitation (a paper copy or on your phone) to avoid any delay in entering. thenetworkone reserves the right to refuse admission to any delegate who cannot provide evidence of registration.
